Roskos Residence
A modern mountain home grounded in native stone and warm timber, designed to frame sweeping valley views.

- Single-family custom home
The Roskos Residence is a study in restraint and material honesty. Stacked ledge stone anchors the home to its hillside site, while cedar timber and board-and-batten siding soften the massing against the surrounding aspen grove. Deep roof overhangs and high efficiency windows manage seasonal sun without sacrificing the connection to the landscape. Inside, the great room centers on a full-height stone fireplace, with cabinetry and wide-plank hardwood carrying the warm palette through every room. The primary suite offers a quieter counterpoint — clean white canvas, black fixtures, and a soaking tub oriented to the morning light.
